Can I modify my order?

Orders can only be modified before they are shipped. If your order is still in Processing status, contact our support team immediately. Once an order is shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Don't worry — failed transaction amounts are automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If the amount is not refunded within 7 days, contact support with your transaction details and we'll help resolve it.

Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval. The amount reflects in your account within 5-7 business days for cards/UPI, and 7-10 days for net banking. COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
